Joanne worked with my mom last spring to sell her home of 50 years and buy a new one. Since my mom doesn't use a computer, Joanne worked really hard for her, bringing paperwork to mom at home, meeting her multiple times to look at the home she was purchasing, and reassuring her every step of the way. There were things that needed attention at the old house, and Joanne helped mom arrange having the work done. Joanne was fabulous! If you are looking for someone that will dig and dig and find out all the things you don't naturally think of, then Joanne will be a great fit. If you find yourself in a hard situation, Joanne will take the brunt of it and work on your behalf. She's been doing this for a long time but knows the current market and is incredibly responsive whether it be early in the morning or late at night, phone, email or text!
